We know your time is valuable… just like ours! Since most of our staff work full-time jobs in addition to Pacific Hope, we try to minimize last minute cancellations by requiring a deposit for certain appointment types. These deposits can be transferred or credited to your account in the event you need to reschedule or cancel according to our cancellation policy.
Something came up? We understand. Life is busy. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy prior to cancelling in order to avoid a fee.
All appointments cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to their appointment time will be charged a deposit fee as indicated at time of scheduling.
